As long as they have the heat they need they will be ok just remember dont make it to narrow cause they grow. what are you thinking about doing with the tunnels? dont you think it'll be kinda hard to get them out for feeding or whatever. tunnel sounds nice, are you trying to make like a show tank? im working on mine. I'll post pics when im done but let me know what your doing mybe I can get some ideas too. thanks in advance.....
Alex
Ok so that you can get them out of the tunnal you can cut the tunnal in half, so it kinda looks like a C lay it cut side down and well presto. lift up and you can pic up the corn

Well, i have a few plans for differnent style tunnels how big, how long, material etc im hoping to span them over the whole tank cold to hot maybe have them rise to a second level of the tank like a mid way point then it extending to the top to the leaf cannapy, so the snake can climb in and up/over it. and yeh copper that idea of yours sounds good! thanks! thinking of building it a toilet roll width! any other ideas you wanna share.
Thanks Anthony.
