I need help!

I keep trying to post a picture but it says that my file size exceeds 250k. Can anyone tell me how to make this work some how? How can I lower the Kb. of the pic?

You need to open it in some sort of image editing software (ie. Photshop) and shrink the image size. Then save it as a lower quality/smaller image.

Thanks for the help but even after I shrink the pic and lower the quality to 24.4k it still wont work. I think I will just try to get someone to show me in person.

You could just open the picture in paint and cut the important part out of the picture. This will keep the same size but only have what you want in it. you can keep cutting until the size gets down to what you want.

I had the same problem, so i just downloaded a free trial version of Macromedia Freehand from macromedia.com
It has a resize tool that changes the file size.
