Over the past two days I have been taking my Uro out and holding it for a long time. The first day I couldn't even hold him on my stomach(while laying down) without him running off me and trying to hide. But the end of the first day of taming he could sit on my for a couple of minutes at a time but was still scared of my hands. Today when I got him out he was a bit skiddish at first but after a few minutes he really calmed down. I guess he figures that my hands aren't going to hurt him. I can let him lay by himself on my stomach now without my hands being near. He just goes to sleep there. He is also not as scared of my hands now. When he jumped off me I just let him roam around for awhile and when he was done he came right back onto my stomach! He's gotten really tame outside of his cage in these two days. I now hope to tame him enough to where I don't scare him by trying to get him out of his cage. He still tries to hide when I go to get him out. I hope within or next week I will have him tame enough to bring outside and get some rays!
