Kyle, are you cropping these photos to magnify the frogs, or do your close-up lenses bring them in that much by themselves? I have recently begun experimenting with the close-ups and even with the combined 4 and 2, I can't get that close.

It all depends on the picture. I crop a good amount of them to get the look I want. Sometimes it is only a little bit say to like 1600x1200. Others like the face one might be 1024x768. It all depends on the picture and how close the frog is. I am looking into ways to get even closer.

One thing that I think I have pointed out before is that one of the HUGE benifits of 5 megaixels is being able to crop like that, and still have enough detail for a good picture. I used to have a 3 megapixel and cropping was ok, but no way you could get a nice print out of that crop. A lot of mine I could still get a nice 8x10. Some might be better on a 5x6.

yeah I know what you mean about the pixels. I just bought a 4 a couple of months ago and there is a big difference. Thanks for the info,
