Frog and Toad not eating for a week???

Hi,

I am going on a trip for a week and I am planning on leaving my northern leo and Eastern american Toad home. Will it be ok if they aren't feed or had their water changed for a week exactly? Please respond ASAP.

Going without food for a week is fine, but is it possible to get a friend (reliable friend) to come by two or three times to change/check the water? I would be most worried about that.
