This is Goblet, hes so cute, eats like a machine already !
He looks big in pic, it's a close up so you could really see him.

Hes actually only about 1 1/2 inches, but fat. And so healthy looking I'm very pleased, hes adorable.
Can't wait till hes 9 inches or so, hehehehe :0)

Boy, we would have a blast together talking scales and furries, and I have a MAN human too, hehehhehehe !

Kids are out and married, I started real young.

Now, I can play, and still young enough to enjoy, later Stacey, have a great Christmas, or Holiday which ever the case may be.

I think we should set up meetings! We can serve cake and swap critter stories, and no one will give us that "Oh my God, will she ever stop talking about her stupid animals" look. Not that I ever get that look from people .

another squirrel keeper! My boyfriend and I had a squirrel that he rescued when its mom got hit by a car. he lived for a few years, but last year he started having these weird convulsions one night and by morning was dead. We loved Peanut; he would eat nuts right out of your hand.
Did you buy him or rescue?

I found him following my older(blind doggie one day in march, this past spring.) He must have fallen from a nest near by, but he looked, cold, hungry and down right abandoned. He was so tiny ! I bottle feed him for a month or so.

But hes a funny pet, full of energy and orneryness, LOL also does not really accept others, very well !
But he and I are real pals,

Not to rain on the picnic, but just for informational purposes, it is illegal to possess native mammals with the exceptions of cottontails and flying squirrels without federal and state permits for rehabilitation purposes or a special case scenario such as a non-releasable animal that is used by a wildlife organization or another such institution as an educational animal. Nice squirrel though, but I just wanted to make sure y'all were aware in case something happened down the line. Andy

outside each day for longer periods of time, with me.
As we have alot of ground. I have to do it slow, but if he were turned over to a rehabber they would have euthenized him because he was too tame to set free.
My vet told me to take him out everyday, for longer periods, and get him used to it ! Then I will gradually leave him for brief periods in our oak tree. So on and so forth. Until he adjusts. I can be around for emergencies, if he needs me he knows where to come.

Nice little guy. Just remember he might not hit 9 inches. Some males only hit 6 or 7, if the frog is even male. Very pretty little frog though, and good luck with it. Pyxicephalus is easily one of the most impressive genre of frogs out there. Andy
