Signs of blindness?

Does anyone know of the signs of blindness to look for? I'm having fears that my gecko is blind because he still is not eating, and doesn't seem to even notice a cricket walking by...He did the first few days, but now has lost all interest. Any info on what to look for would be great, Thanks.
