It sounds like she has a retained eyecap, but I am not going to advise that you try to pull it off as you don't sound overly familiar with this condition (no offense intended). If you know a highly experienced reptile keeper have them look at it to try to verify that it is in fact a retained eyecap and only then it should be pulled off. Otherwise don't mess with it and take her to a qualified vet. A retained eyecap is not a major problem or complex condition but if it is something else, it can be and you don't ever want to mess with their eyes if you don't know for CERTAIN that it is in fact a retained eyecap. Severe, permanent damage to the eye can result if you try to remove an extra eyecap that isn't there.
