I just made a small one on Thanksgiving Day, I live in Dayton.
I could build one to your specs if it isn't too big and sell it to you, I only made one with four tubs, as I only have 6 snakes. I could make one for you up to 8 tubs. My 4 tub only cost $50 in materials and I spend $40 on the auto-watering system with a 5 gallon bucket.
