Is he ready......

When i oout my male boa who is 3.5 feet long..( i dont know the age)..whe i put him in the cage with the female all he does is move to a corner and coils up while the female moves he tail like a worm and puts out yellow stuff.Do you think the male is ready to breed???

It doesn't sound like it. if you don't see anything with in a week I would take him out

At 3.5 feet, he is just a baby. If this is a "normal" redtail, then he should be nine feet plus and the minimum recorded breeding age is 19 months. Normal for breeding is 2.5 years .
