Erm i'v had 2 pinkies frozen for about a week, the one iv just got out to feed has lots of whiteish spots that look alittle like mould...? Is this unsafe for my snake?

It's just freezer burn. You can feed it to your snakes. It won't harm them at all. The pinky is just dehydrated in those spots.
You want to feed the freshest animals as possible, but a little freezer burn is no reason to pitch the mice. Go ahead and feed them off. Just try to package the mice better next time. The less contact with air the better. (Same goes for the food you buy for yourself.
