Sorry guys. I know roaches are getting done to death lately on here LOL That said, I reckon they're probably going to be big in the future of feeders...

I've decided to breed them, and narrowed it down to Deaths Heads or Hissers. Seeing as roaches are quite rare in the UK, period, I was lucky to find a site selling both.

The Hissers are only a fraction of the price of Deaths Heads (£1.99 versus £6.99 each), and are on sale as young adults (3"-4" ).

QUESTION: I've searched high and low on the net, and can't seem to find out how regularly they lay eggs?? I've found everything else to get me started, but what I need to know is how often I can expect offspring.

That will determine how many females I have to buy to begin with (university student on a budget here!). I'm thinking Hissers will be the way to go, but if Deaths Heads have way more babies way more often, then obviously they're worth the extra initial outlay.

Help, please?
Thanks in advance,
