A confession.....

.. It may come as no surprise to those who frequent this forum, but out of the hundreds of snakes I either hatched out or had born here this year, the mangrove water snakes were without a doubt the most "fun". I mean, I have mtn. kings, corns, milks, mole kings, and all, but to have ZERO worries about newborn/hatchling snakes is just awesome. Plus they really do have a "personality". I may just have to set up a display tank next year for a pair inside the house where my fish aquarium used to be. While releasing them was rewarding (they after all were from wc parents collected earlier in the season there)I find myself actually missing the little guys.
Happy Holidays to all here!

I'm surprised you didn't keep any Mark. Everyone falls in love with the clarkii for the reasons you said: great appetite and personality. You need to set yourself up a trio and keep producing those awseome locale babies.
