maybe some one can help me with bad shedding of a bluetroated agame?

Hi
i buy 1 bluetroated agame in a petshop but they where with 3 of them.
one i named okkie.
this one i picked up a week later he was nearly dead and i gave him 2 times a day nutribird parrot food.
and now is is alive and kicking.
only he have not shedd vew fingers of his front hands.
so now i see a rong is around and it bounding of his finger and is abit sad it realy 1/2 time tiner then the finger peice next to the ring.
now i gave him couple time a abthing but its stil on now i put on some sunflwoer oil on his fingers maybe then the shedding part can go of.
if it not go of i think he lose 4,5 fingers poor thing.
on picutre you see he have much shedding and they used some kind of brown sand calsi sand look alike reptisand.
fingers r very tin the animal weifght is 6-8 gram i think do some one know a trick what i can try ?
his fingers r so tin as a needle so very hard to break the ring by hand.

I've had good luck with my ball python and beardie using warm baths and a spray/mist-on viti-suppliment. If this particular type of reptile is from a humid enviroment, you could dump hot (I normally boil mine)water over the substrate (if it's wood, but away from the reptile. This brings up the humidity and allows for the shedding to be easy. It moisturizes the skin (scales).
