I guess the herpers in the state are supposed to help with the budget.

Er, yeah, I'm sure being rich makes you a lot more responsible with hot snakes. And that wouldn't take them away from the people who really care about them at all. Great idea...

Sorry not rich here.Infact im a paycheck away from being homeless...And no im not a "flamer""well except behind closed doors" I know a guy who signs for peoples permits in north florida without them ever putting in 1000 hours and they are barely over 18 some of them.Maybe a higher fee will prevent them from getting a permit and they will bye a king snake or something
