posibly dehydrated

gyke Jun 03, 2003 05:41 PM

Today my one girl started to act strange. Yesterday she was fine. When I got home she was sleeping it the same spot that she was in this morning. I tried to move her and she was very stiff and refused to open her eyes. I took her out to give her some fresh air and she opened her eyes but only for a few seconds. I tried giving her some water and she drank for about 10 minutes. Is it possible that she is dehydrated? She has a large water bowl but refuses to go in it. Thanks.

Is she possibly gravid? I had a dragon get egg-bound and she acted that way before she died. I would get her to a vet ASAP. My girl got sick on a Sunday unfortunately and we could not find a vet anywhere that could look at her.

She is acting a lot better. Later that day she was climbing and jumping around the cage. Since she seems to have a fear of the
water bowl I got her a little water bowl for the ledge that she sits on.
