omg I just found my collared that has been missing for a couple of weeks. he's still alive and VERY week. my brother is trying to hand feed him some crickets but he doesn't even notice their there or he's too weak! please what should I do!?!?!

Gatoraide or pedilite and water, get electolites up for strength,
anyway ya can if you dont have them handy, for now , just use some sweetened water in an eyedropper, use what ya have on hand, sugar/water or surup/water, just sweeten it(the water) for a quick pick me up till ya get the pedilite from supermarket.

But get that water in him, hes probably dehydrated. Dont fed crickets right now, WATER IS IMPORTANT and then heat

how can I open his mouth to feed him the drops? I dont want to put him under anymore stress than he already is, I tried just to pry his mouth open with the drops thing but I don't want to hurt him.

into the corner of his mouth you can open it a bit, then squirt the water in.
I'm so used to just holding them in on hand and putting my thumb and first finger on the sides of mouth and opening, that I forget some people dont do this,

Try and drip on his nose and see if he licks it. I think if you can get him heated up, he may drink abit by himself after a while.
Just try your best ! He may begin to perk up! I hope so

thanks guys for all your help!! He's doing better now, lol, he's back to his crazy hyper self but he hasn't eaten yet but is drinking. lol As soon as he started drinking I could see him start to perk up. I put some crickets in his viv and see how he fares. Thanks again!

had been in brumation, as far as not having food or heat goes, but the water is very important. So happy hes PERKY !!

I don't think he's eaten any crickets yet. There are about 5-6 in his cage and he watchs them the climbs around and loses interest. Should I be worried?

Losing alot of weight, he should snap back soon.

Remember he just slept (when he was lost) for a couple weeks, like brumation. Its that time of season, that they are either sleeping right now, or slowed down big time in appetite.

Like I say , keep his water available, but unless hes losing alot of weight , he'll eat when hes hungry !
