Reguaring Peter's Uro

Underground reptiles wrote a response to allegations. Not saying I support them, just for fairness letting you all know.

Goes to show you, there is two sides to every story. After reading there statement, there claims seem just as valid as Peters to me. I'm glad I did not email them , as I have been considering it the past 24 hours or so.

There are definately two sides to every story, but I still hold that they are culpable for the costs incurred. Reptiles get ill very slowly and if we believe their timeline that uro was sick/injured while in their possesion and BEFORE they shipped her to Peter. I did email them, I was not abusive but I did tell them that as a reptile consumer I expected them to reimburse Peter appropriately for his losses or I would certainly not purchase anything from them or rec. them to anyone else. They have the ability to clear this up and save their reputation. In the long rum it would be much cheaper for them to do so.

IF you read and copied Peter's timeline, looked at his emails and then look at their response... you should be able to detect something that is NOT possible to be true in their statement.

This animal was sent with what had to be another animal bite on the mouth and arm and it had scars from previous bites... IT DID not get those bites in the shipping unless UPS opens boxes and bites the animals, seals them back up and delivers them when the arm is swelling........ I don't think so.

It was reported on arrival to them and they agreed to sharing vet expenses, then refused to return his emails......all of them and he keep them informed each set of the way... they elected NOT to respond and have provided nothing that they did respond.

How can that be just in anyones book?

I guess I violated the terms of service and if I did I apologize I thought I was within bounds. (Hopefully this statement will not get me in more trouble...if it does anyone at kingsnake please let me know my limits as far as divulging information) The company in question did indeed post a reply and the link can be found in this thread. I agree that both sides of the story should be heard in any situation so you can make an educated decision about the truth of the matter. I have my own comments about their statement. If anyone wants to hear, please contact me by clicking on my name that is hyperlinked above this post and I will tell you ways of learning as much information as possible in order to make a sound decision about where you stand on the whole matter. Please do not reply with your opinions about the matter here on kingsnake.com as it is apparently not the type of thread they wish to promote. Thanks again to all of those who have supported me.

Peter
