My caught alligator lizard just died! She was fine the entire time I got her. She was breathing very heavy and then all of a sudden she just lied there and died! She is a young adult (11 inches long and well fed so I don't know what the cause could be). I was hoping to bread her but now I have to wait till the summer time when they all come out. I checked for mites and no infestation. Any body have any ideas?
