Well, if you had done your homework you would know that Crested geckos are Rhacodactylus genus geckos, and then you would have asked on the Geckos:Rhacodactylus forum.
I am not an expert on Cresteds, but I did just acquire a trio, and the Rhacodactylus book (by Fast, deVosjoli, and Repashy). I recommend that you buy it, there is a wealth of information in it that can be had nowhere else, and I respect the authors' request to keep it in the book and not give it away on the internet. The authors of that book worked very hard to learn what they have presented therein, plus it's a hell of a lot of fun to read. The information you are seeking is in the book.
