Help! Baby Chameleon not eating!

vexcham Dec 21, 2003 09:49 PM

I recently bought a baby veiled chameleon ( yesterday) and although I did just buy him I am worried that he has not eaten anything yet. Any advice would be great as I am very worried! This is my first little guy and Im trying to do everything I can for him.

Don't worry...It's pretty typical for a chameleon not to eat when put into a new enviroment. But i would go over all the requirments for a veiled..Temp..Humidity Ect.. And make sure you have those right. If he/she is not eating for say like a week after being brought into your home..then you should worry. Reply to us if he/she eats anything. Also give He/She a wide array of food. It will help stimulate eating. What you should really be worried about is if He/She is drinking.
