growth rates?

I have two female colombian boas that are both a little over four and a half feet long, they are about a year and a half old. Is it feasable for them to reach six feet in the next twelve months? If so, would that be two fast, or power feeding? somthing I would like to avoid if it is considered unhealthy. Thanks ahead of time, Dale.
