Hatchlings .vs. Juvis .vs. Adults

ByRandom Dec 22, 2003 09:59 AM

I was debating on whether or not I should purchase a few Crested Geckos or not. Now through months of research and now after buying the Rhac. book (just waiting for it to arrive), I was wondering what would be the best for an inexperienced Crested keeper to get. Should I get Adults? Juvis? Hatchlings?

And, if I did get hatchlings, could I keep them (2-3) in a ten gallon? Or should I seperate them into their own ten gallon, or 5.5 gallon. Which would be the best?

Basically, I'm just asking for any tips on raising these creatures that anyone is willing to spare. Thanks guys.

Care is the same for babies or adults. The only difference is the size of live insects. For first timers I would recommend something thats at least a month old. You can easily keep 2-3 animals in the 10 gal tank.
