my tiny red slider (i think) hasnt been eating this week! he usually eats 1-2 pellets a day, some blood worms, a bit of fruit, and a live plant every 4-5 days, but for the past 3 or so days he has eaten nothing! he stays under water alot, and he kinda gets this filmy stuff over his eyes! HELP!!!

What do you have him set up in? What is your water temperature?
Is his water kept clean at all times?
