Two questions...any feedback welcome

I am not new to leos but I did purchase to new additions about 3 weeks ago and I have not yet noticed any shedding. They do seem a deal larger then first received esp in thier tails but I almost always catch my leos in some stage of shed. How often should 3-4 month leos be shedding? Its been awhile since Ive had juvies on hand. Also, despite my hand in their tank they are still extremely skiddish and quick as a wink. I dont want them getting too used to being not handled for too long but its getting hopeless! Any suggestions? All my other leos are very tame and Id like the same for these once they are full grown adults. Thanks for your feedback. Heres a pic of my sweetest "established" leos, Sadie.

I am a new leo owner too, but i have been told baby leos shed about every 2-3 weeks.
I was wondering this same thing, and one day after 3 weeks he was normal (slighlty silvery) so i was like "oh he should shed soon) the next day I looked in and he was completely shedding. so i would think soon for you!

2-3 weeks. The last 2 sheds were exactly 2 weeks apart, but I've had some closer to 3. Sometimes she's so stealthy that I can't even tell. But her lack of appetite makes me take a second look at her colours and then its obvious.
Mine's 4 months old.
