Well I took ajah to the vet today and I still have no answers. But the strangest thing happened while the vet was giving her a good look over. She musked him and there was blood in her urine. He took it in back to run some tests on it and sent me home with some Fortaz.
He's strongly recommending an endoscopy because all the tests that we've run have come back with nothing. And after this blood urates episode i'm beginning to reconsider it. At first I didn't want to, but I NEED to know if it's something treatable or if I have to euthanize so she doesn't suffer. Something is DEFINITELY wrong and nothing else is giving us anything to go on for a diagnosis.
What does it mean when there's blood in their urine? If I wasn't worried enough before...

p.s now her occasional "hiss" sounding noises have turned into extremely loud, frequent hiss-like noises.
