Handling Gravid Female... Good or Bad?

Can handling a female with eggs still inside of her cause enough stress to harm the eggs? Miscarriage?

As long as she seems calm I wouldn't worry. If she seems really stressed out by the handling I'd put her back, she's just not "in the mood", but then I'd recommend that for any leo, unless it is neccessary to handle them to remove stuck skin, etc...
