Lol. It's funny because my blizzard and juvi High Yellow were sold as females but sprouted male parts. Ha. That's great.

But I hope your's does good, mine wouldn't eat for like a week.

Along with one of my Patternless and Jungle/High Yellow lookin' one. But I have them isolated in Sterilite contianers and the Patternless ate a few waxworms and a mealworm. And the Jungle/High Yellow has only been in "the hole" for a day or two now.

OH YEA! Wormman sent me my 1000 mealworms. My gawd! That was a lot! Lol

HEHEHE my male blizzard looks like that too.....very dark and purply hehe (bottom pic). My female however, is bright white. As for mealworms........i get them shipped to me in the thousands...usually 4000/month. My guys eat about 980/week depending on their appetite so i need to get alot. Dot will eat 30 a night while Abby will take about 10 so it all evens out. Seven geckos sure do eat alot. I do have a small colony of mealies myself but they are still rather small, great for baby geckos.

The pics are old, 3 months at least and all of my guys have changed alot. I'll post some new ones as soon as i can

because of stress... i mean some arnt as white as other and can tend to get greyish,or a slight purple or if they are yellow on em like pee'd on snow LOL.... but they very dark grey and purple ones are usually like that because some sorta stress... my female is darker than normal because she is gravid and laying... but illness, environmental factors, cagemates all can cause them to stress.... and it has been my experience that blizz's generally stress very easy

It's also affected by temps...too cool, and they'll turn brownish to absorb more heat (so I've heard). Seems to be true...my male blizzard gets brownish at night (when it gets a bit cooler) and then he turns lovely white/clear when he's warm.
