i have been reading a lot that pueblans are real jumpy and do not like to be handled all that much even as babies. Mine is a little shorted then a foot right now. When i first try to catch him to hold him he tries to get away, but once in my hands he is as calm as ever. he seems to just sit there and look around observing everything. He will go from hand to hand and most of the time just sit still in my hand curled around it. Is the snake alright or is he just a little calmer then most babies? Also today was the first time i fed it a pinky. Was a little curious how this little guy was going to get it down but he did it. it was amazing to watch. well im going to try and get some pictures and post them. thanks for reading this!

He's ok. I had one just like him. Once I had him in my hands he was quite calm and docile. My female on the other hand was very much the opposite, very jumpy and musked everytime I tried to pick her up. Snakes are individuals and have their own personality just like us. So just be glad you got yourself a gem. Good luck with him.
