my pacman frog is sick. I checked on him earlier in the day and he seemed ok. When i came home I found him belly up in his water dish. I quickly removed him and thankfully he is still alive but over the past couple days he has had his tongue partly out of his mouth and has not eaten. He has also become slightly aggressive which he has never been before. Please let me know any suggestions or ideas. Thank you.

What conditions is the frog being kept in? Temperature, cage setup, water quality, etc. How is the frog acting now? Your best bet is to take the frog to a qualified vet. Have a look at arav.org to find one near you.

I use the forest bedding, water is changed every couple of days and dechlorinated, The temperature is a little low at 75f. He seems ok at the moment. He has started to bury himself but still hasn't eaten. He has finally pulled his tongue back into his mouth. I'll just have to keep watching.

You found him upside down in his waterdish and you still have not taken it to a vet? How much more pain must it experience before you are convinced to take it to a vet? These things don't fix themselves on their own, it needs a vet.

... use calcium supplements? I saw a horned frog once who had never been given calcium, and its lower jaw was kind of slack and open a bit. Calcium deficiency can lead to metabolic bone disease, a deterioration of the bones, which causes weakness and disorientation, which could be why your frog was stuck upside down. This is just my theory. Please take the frog to the vet asap!!!
