that is one big girl. how many eggs does she usually lay for you?

todd Dec 23, 2003 06:25 PM

Her biggest clutch so far has been 11 eggs. But I gave her last year off, she is much heavier this year. So who knows how many she will lay. This is only her third time breeding and I have had her for about nine years. Thanks Todd

What type of bedding is that?

The bedding is chipped cypress. I am trying it out to see how I like it. So far I have mixed feelings. It is expensive and I am not sure I like it any better than aspen which is what I normally use. Although it does hold humidity well. I will continue to use it in the next month or so. Then I will make my decision. Thanks Todd

I usually mix aspen with cyress mulch, and I think I'll go back to straight aspen. The cypress mulch hols water a little to good for my melamine racks. Maybe I'll use it again when the Neo cages get here.
