Heat pack and deli cups are available on the link below, along with insultated boxesm but remember, if at anytime in the shipping the temp drops below 32 Degrees F, the heat packs cease to work AND you need to plan on a day longer at minimum in case of lost packages or misroutes.
Remember also not only the area of origination and the destination, but the hub area the commercial shippers use..... Like if I was shipping on airborne from Florida to Arizona, both nice temp states, but the hub is in Ohio and it is in the 20's there. Also check if the shipper uses inside temp control and pressurization in the shipping or in the normal cargo bay of the plan, there is a big difference.
I know that Airborne and UPS use a gutted plan and ship inside, I am not sure about others.
Also look on this site for info on the heat packs, temp raising and shipping, its probably about one of the best on the web
