help my greek tortois has a running nose,,, what do i do?

Your post is not going to get much response without somemore information.
Where are you located?
Describe the 'greek' because there are many forms which require different care.
How are you keeping it now?
In the mean time you can try raising the temperature to give it a range of 75 to 100 F if you haven't got that already. If that doesn't help you might consider the aid of a vet.
