Sexing Mediterranean Gecko and Crocodile Gecko?

What shows the difference bettween a male to female croc and mediterranean gecko.I was told crocodile geckos are almost impossible to sex.

look for big bulges at the base of the tail and if they have two big bulges they are a male.if not they are female.
