Awesome! Thanks for the pic. The hypo I bought from you earlier this year has the beginning of this coloring, but nowhere near as much as that one!! Mostly on the upper chest a cool peach coloring. It seems to be increasing with age so we will see just how much he gets
Is that from one of your greenie hets? I thought it was the greenies you showed me with the colors on the belly. Really neat, and thank you for the pic, and you and Vicki have a happy holiday. I'll send ya an email with a pic of the dragon I got from you in a bit. He's doing great, and hit 340 grams this week!!

Yes that is one of the greenie hets. The belly coloring usually fills in with age, 6 months -
2 years, depending on the animal. Looking forward to the pic of Kami. You also have a good holiday.

dragons so far. I have seen one with a purple/black stomach, looked very strange, that one also has black eyes too. Very dark all over with a lot of black.
It is kind of nice all the different traits that are starting to show up just the past year.

"Het" pastel? I wasn't aware there was a proven pastel recessive in bearded dragons.

That depends on what you call "pastel". There has been a recessive trait for hypomelanistic dragons for a number of years already, they have clear claws. The animals that are typically called pastels with black claws are actually just light colored animals and they are not genetic.
