caiman's shed

Hello everybody!I've a question..I've noticed that my caiman (27" sometimes tend to scratch himself losing a kind of shed..is it possible?I never noticed before.tnx

i have an american alligator about 16 inches and he does the same thing..i never saw the shed come off but i assume thats wat hes doing...well it must be normal if both of ours are doing iut...

Yes..I agree..eventually You can notice some staf in the water. Of Course the crocodilian's shed is different from snakes' one!
