I am feeding my male and female one a week every sunday a large thawed mouse. My female is somewhat bigger than my male but how come my female is getting really big how long does that take till they look like they been munching on small footballs? Mine would have to be 2 1/2' to 3' and about as round as an empty paper towel roll. (they couldn't fit through it just as big). Thanks!

I feed all my ball pythons once a week......and two days later I throw in an extra meal.....if they eat, GREAT, if they dont, no biggy because they ate just two days ago.

how old is your ball python? got mine in may and he just moved up from eating 2 rat pups a week, to a small rat once a week.

I feed every my 6 month old one fuzzy rat (or adolescent mouse) every 7 days.
