i've been wanting to get some manzanita branches for a while now to add to the cages and for handleing my chameleonsbut put it off until today. my wife and i decided to take to kids up to play in the snow and i bought a backpack along. my wife and the kids went up to a spot we have(away from every one else)and left me for a few hours to hike 3 miles back to gather some nice manzanita branches below the snow line. i think the water i carried weighed more then the branches i bought out did! lol i had a good day though. very peaceful back there.

Thanks-didn't know that! Since they're endangered, I'll buy mine. So thats why they're so expensive! But you know, I got this deal on a manzanita wreath once,(not using it for the Cham, but now I can't believe how much one branch cost at the pet store), its over 5 feet in Diameter on the inside and spans over 7 feet in Diameter on the outer ring and there is probably over 100s of branches. It cost me less then $50.00 One branch at the pet store was $24! Yiaks! Thanks-Maggie
