dry oatmeal with chopped up fruit-happy holidays-brian
I use 7-grain cereal which contains cracked wheat, steel cut oats, hulless barley, organic grits, soybean grits, buckwheat grits, wheat bran, yellow corn grits, and millet. I mix that with golden flax seeds, both hulled and hulless sesame seeds, amaranth seeds, quinoa, flaked tropical fish food, and I rotate different green vegetables such as dandelion greens, flowering Chinese cabbage (choy sum), kale, collard greens, alfalfa, and Chinese broccoli. I'm still always looking to add more.
They end up eating a healthier diet than I do.
