Although this time, being "off" is a bad thing. He won't drink; not from the bowl, not in drops and not even from my palm, I even tried to bathe him to get him to drink. Help?

Hi, can try a paper cup, fill with water, put a pin hole in bottom sit on top of screen lid. Let it drip down into tank , onto a rock.
Sometimes they will lick it. Same thing with an ice cube, leave on top of screen over a rock as it melts and drips on the rock, it attracts them.

I just make sure they always have water, I figure thier drinking is at thier discretion... I've seen them drink a handful of times since I got them last May.

If you have it available and you have spotted them drinking on occasion, and you have had them all since last year, then I would say, they are drinking. I would not worry !
But hey WHERES A PIC? They all sleeping? Boy are you going to be in for a treat soon with 3 females, all laying.
