can iguanas eat caladiums

can an iguana eat caladiums(sp)b/c i have one and it has gotten a hold of one and ate it and i know that they are eating them in the wild.

Good question. If yours ate one, then they can, but I'm sure you're wondering if they should. I suspect not, since I do not recall ever seeing caladiums on any of the lists of "recommended" iguana food. It's most likely something like lettuce to them - not harmful, but not beneficial either.
