What's wrong that he had the spot on his back and chest?
ADAM
do what?
-----
Matt
Adam has a good point...it looks like the frog has a cut on it's side...not sure about the ventral side as it's not clearly visible. You might want to give that frog a close inspection because cameras, when the flash is used, show stuff that we nomally would over look. It doesn't look serious or infected but if it is in fact a wound, you should contact a vet such as Dr. David Frye
Dr.Frye 'at' comcast.net and send him that picture as well as some more if you can. He'll set you up with some antibiotics to keep infections away. Best of luck!

I appreciate the concern and am now concerned myself....but I can't for the life of me, figure out what you guys are seeing that looks like a cut. The only "spots" I can see on his back and chest are pinkish/bluish reflections caused by the different colored bulbs. I wish I could see what you see on your monitor. Where exactly are you seeing it?
Thanks,

Matt
Hey,
I actually didnt catch it the first time, but now that some people mention it, it does seem like a wound:
M.N
okay cool. If that is what the other guys were looking at also....rest assured that it is just a reflection from the bulbs. Thanks,

Matt
that's very reliving to hear!! I'm glad the frog is ok and not injured. It can sometimes be very difficult to notice small cuts and scrapes on these guys that soon become infected and present them/us with a problem that sometimes can't be treated. Best of luck and sorry for the scare.

That's ok. Thank you for your careful eyes. I probably should get some antibiotic though, before a situattion does occur.
