I have had Bubba, an ornate box turtle for two months. He is probably not much older than that. Recently, I noticed two nails on his/her left paw are bent. One is in the middle of the *hand* the other is the last nail pointing outward. To me, this looks painful and unpleasant, yet he/she is acting quite normal. Should I be concerned that this may be a sign of a vitamin deficiency or an altercation with Oliver, a same aged three toed box turtle that lives in the same (large) tank. Please reply with ANYTHING that might be helpful. Thank You Very Much!
