hurt pacman

throatoyster Dec 27, 2003 01:10 PM

i've got an albino pacman frog that managed to get a cut on him. should i just let it heal on it's own... or can i use something like neosporin on it? it's not huge or anything... but i'd just rather not take any chances of it getting infected if i don't have to.
thanks,
Will

Yes, be proactive about it. Move him to a tank with moist unbleached paper towels and change them frequently. Give him plenty of hides and eliminate stress. Use a qtip to apply some generic triple antibiotic with no additives. Make sure you a providing lots of heat. Good luck.
