..and I've been needing to get a temp gun forever. I can't recommend them enough. I have been zapping all the cages since I got it, and I found one pretty startling thing: One small corner of my tall fake rock (nearest to the basking light)had an area that recorded 189 degrees!! I grades off to the 110>105 I wanted pretty quickly, but I never detected that spot with the digital probe I was using to check the general temp in the area. I'm a believer in the things now, nothing else like it. And none of the lizards got fried either! LOL
