Has anyone heard of shedding after what you suspected to be POS and before parturition. Im a little confused I was almost positive that my girl was gravid but now I am confused. Thank you all in advance for any help or ideas.

Gravid boas shedding after POS and before birth?????????

Some boas will also shed approx half way through their gestation period.. About 1/3 of my collection does this.. Providing you did record the POS correctly there will be no change in time frame for the birth.. I have one female this year that just shed two days ago and she's in the last month of her pregnancy..

In regards to my latest litter posted below, she shed April 18th and then dropped on May 28th. She also had a POS shed and was eating the small rats I was offering well into her gravid state. BTW, her physical condition is fantastic, she has eaten twice since she dropped and barely looks like she just gave birth(she would eat more but don't want to over do it).
