Whoa whoa i dont think ill get a snake then... iw anan firstly say that i dont want to bring himf or teh attention i want to brng him around cause i really like reptiles and also caus ei though snakes needed uvb and uva... and that way i could just have a heat pad in the cage for warmth instead of uv lights however now i know they dont need that... and also i was just curious and was considering it in like 3 months... it wasnt a thing i was going to do next day, and now i know this stuff about sneaks, ill definatelyw ait till i get into an apartment at the least... farewell i shall not be back for at least 4 years.

Maybe if it's not too against the rules and your dorm room isn't too chaotic you could get a tarantula of some sort. They're pretty awesome and not too tough to care for, in general).
