i have the flu right now, and i noticed that my 2 argus monitors have begun "sneezing" at least thats what it sounds like. is it possible that i got them sick, and if so, what should i do?

Your monitors have slim to zero chance of picking up your viruses.
Are they definitely sneezing, or is it an occasional clearing of their nostrils? Monitors excrete salt from their salt glands via their nostrils, often in the form of concentrated fluid, and to rid their nostrils of this fluid they will turn their heads and blow it out (often sounds like a sneeze).
