Anti-Venom Where?

Can anyone tell me where to get antivenom for pitvipers. please do not replay if you realy don't know.

You get the anti-venom from the pits don't you?
Hold the pit viper with one hand and use a syringe to "suck" the anti-venom out. Thats what I've always heard.

Perhaps the Miami dade fire brigade.
Guess it would be possible to get some from them..
