Dumb question: is it a tall or long tank? I ask because the literature on green snakes says that smooths are more terrestrial (and require a long cages) and roughs are more arboreal (& need tall cages). In the case of my two smooth green snakes, the literature may not be true, 'cause I keep them in a 55 gallon tank which is both tall & long with branches and plants and they seem to love to climb. They love to climb so much that I thought I had purchased a pair of rough greens, but they really are smooth.
Anyway, your setup looks like it would be great for either roughs or smooths and I agree with the other poster that you may want to get it a companion since the cage is big enough for two (of course, if you do get it a friend, you should quarantine it & and take it to a vet).
